Deerness Fencing & Landscaping have worked in Partnership with North Tyneside Council, carrying out planned fencing works for the past 10 years with an average annual value of £1,200,000. We supported the client with budget planning which involved fencing surveys of individual properties.
Domestic Fencing FAQs
We offer a free no obligation survey on your property before we can build your quotation
All our timber is sourced from a local timber mill who are members of the FSC, sourcing all product sustainably.
As soon as you contact us we will take control, taking the stress of the process away from yourself. A Contract Manager will contact you and arrange for a survey to be carried out. The survey will then be passed to a member of our team to formulate a quotation which will be returned via email or post.
Upon receipt of your approval/ confirmation to proceed. a member of our operational team will contact you with a commencement date.
We would require a 75% deposit on acceptance of our quotation for us to progress with your fence, with the remaining balance to be paid on completion.
