He reports to our directors on a daily basis, ensuring that we meet our partners' requirements and maintain transparent communication between all involved parties. Stephen's core responsibilities include driving the department's progress, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, organizing meetings, and compiling reports for our partners and directors. He consistently meets our partners' KPIs while remaining within budget, demonstrating exceptional leadership in his role.
