About Demi

Demi's role includes ensuring BIG CHANGE is up to date, Call customers to ensure there are aware we will be arriving at the property and the work we will be carrying out, reporting back to our partners with weekly reports and verbal updates, tracking daily work on BIG CHANGE. fully manage the admin of our customer care department, communicating daily with our partner's customer care departments, Ensuring we are identifying customer care work from invoiceable repairs, allocating works to be completed, and ensuring works reported back to our partners as completed and invoiced where required. Demi is currently studying at Middlesborough College for a business qualification with Deerness Fencing and Landscaping active in her educational progress
