About Charlie

In her role as purchase ledger assistant, Charlie ensures that all of our supply chain partners are paid accurately and on time. Her weekly responsibilities include uploading purchase ledger invoices onto our company's information technology system, allocating incoming payments from invoiced work, and, most recently, processing weekly paid time sheets and entering them into our payroll system. This is part of the progress pathway. The business has also enrolled Charlie in her AAT Level 2 course, where, to date, she is excelling. Charlie is an important part of the company's future.
