About Jonathan

Jonathan's extensive background in construction, specifically as a contracts manager for hard landscaping and custom projects, earned him a well-deserved promotion to Senior Contracts Manager. He now manages bespoke contracts, troubleshoots problematic ones, and oversees successful contract completion. When Jim Bates and his partners acquired the business in January 2022, they recognized Jonathan's exceptional skills and selected him as the perfect candidate for the position of Health and Safety Manager. After completing the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management course, he was rightfully promoted to the role of Health and Safety Manager for the company. He now takes charge of all day-to-day Health and Safety aspects of the business with the utmost care and attention.
